About the Role:
In this capacity, you will closely collaborate with the CFO, taking ownership of the FP&A function. This dynamic role not only offers a commercial focus but also provides extensive exposure to the business through effective business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management Information and Reporting: Compile and oversee MI for informed strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making. This encompasses analyzing and reporting on both historical and current trends within the company and the market.
• Business Partnering: Develop and present business cases and financial models to senior stakeholders.
• Cost Management and Pricing: Identify and implement cost efficiencies and growth opportunities spanning the entire business landscape.
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Models: Formulate and deliver budgets, forecasts, and financial models, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
• Robust Financial and Analytical Background: Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, with strong financial acumen.
• Proficient Financial Modeling: Capable of effectively working with extensive datasets.
• Demonstrated Fusion of Technical and Commercial Accounting: Striking a balance between technical expertise and commercial insights.
• Self-Motivated Team Player: Possess a self-driven attitude complemented by strong teamwork capabilities.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency and Exceptional Communication: Skilled in Excel with exceptional communication abilities.”
