As Head of AI, you will spearhead our AI initiatives, identifying opportunities, overseeing feasibility, and driving projects to operationalize AI advancements.
Salary: US$25 –US$100,000 a year

Your Role:
Your role will involve forming a skilled team, adept in analysis, AI tools, and integration, to fortify our capabilities. Our aim is to continually develop customer-facing and backend applications with AI technology. This pivotal position will be integral to our technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead day-to-day team management once established.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI prospects and create a prioritized roadmap.
– Coordinate with other tech teams for seamless integration of AI projects within existing business systems and client-facing tech.
– Innovate by exploring and incorporating new AI technologies ahead of the curve.
– Implement effective cost tracking and forecasting measures for budget adherence.
– Establish guidelines ensuring AI developments align with data protection and information security best practices.
Performance Metrics:
– Form a proficient AI team (approximately 4 members).
– Deliver 2 production use cases in 2023.
– Develop and execute a roadmap for 2024 and beyond.
– Manage costs within allocated budget.
– Achieve benefits from implemented projects.
