Salary: US$51,030–US$94,770 a year

Your Role:
We’re in search of individuals who can engage and connect with the public as field sales representatives for a significant data collection project. Your role will be pivotal in approaching and encouraging passersby to participate in an engaging competition. Utilizing your sales skills, you’ll secure participants, overcoming rejections and contributing to the success of the project.
Responsibilities:
– Actively interact with the public on-site
– Motivate participation by explaining the competition process and its benefits
– Capture participants in various poses, using a provided mobile phone, within a 5-minute timeframe
– Collaborate closely with a team of two other sales representatives to boost participation rates
– Ensure a seamless participant recruitment process while maintaining a positive atmosphere
Requirements:
– Prior experience with sales-oriented strategies to engage effectively with the public is a must
– Preferably possess experience in charity work or street marketing
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
– Availability on weekdays (shift timings ranging from 9 am to 8 pm, typically in 5-day blocks)
– Location in Manchester, Birmingham, or Sheffield (or willingness to travel across Northern UK)
Compensation:
– Competitive payment per shift, along with additional commission based on daily participant engagement
– Proposed annual salary rate, with the project expected to span 3 months
Leadership Opportunity:
We’re also seeking a Lead who will oversee on-site activities. This higher-paid role comes with additional responsibilities, including team management and liaison with the Twine team. The Lead position will be selected from top candidates applying for this role.
